Daily News: Ronnie Polaneczky: If you think 11-year-olds in this city don’t need condoms, think again

“Because a recent report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has identified Philadelphia as having the earliest age of sexual initiation - 13 - among cities participating in the study, she says, it’s crucial to make condoms available to younger kids.”

The image on the left is the image that covers the condoms the Health Department will be mailing out and making available for free to youth age 11-19 in the city of Philadelphia.
